Sent emails
Turno Virtual keeps the emails it sends from your account, such as the appointment notices and reminders your clients receive. If a client tells you they didn't receive an email, here you can see whether it went out, to which address and what it said.
Who can see it
Assistant sees the email list. If you are Administrator, you see it only if you also have the Assistant role in your Roles. See the roles.
The email list
Go to Monitoring › Emails. You see the emails sent from the branch you are in, each with its date, the Subject, the Recipients (and the Hidden recipients, if there are any) and its Status:
- Sent: the email went out.
- Queued: it is waiting to go out.
- Paused or Suspended: the email was saved, but it wasn't sent.
- Failed: it couldn't be sent.
The list opens with the emails from the last 30 days. To see older emails, open Filter, click Created (From) and choose an earlier date, or click Clear to see all of them. The search also runs within those dates: if you are looking for an older email, change the date first.
Sent, Failed and Suspended emails stay in the list for some time; after that they no longer appear, so if you are looking for one from a long time ago, it may no longer be there.
An email shown as Sent means it left Turno Virtual. If your client still can't find it, ask them to check their spam folder and that the address is spelled correctly.
