Your plan
Your account works with a plan, which defines how much of Turno Virtual you can use and which features you have. You can see the plans and their current prices on the home page.
What your plan defines
- How many branches and how many schedules you can have. See how to add your branches and create a schedule.
- Whether it includes messaging: Chats and Announcements for your team, and the reminders your clients receive the day before their appointment.
- Whether it includes API access, to connect other systems. See how to connect with the API.
- On some plans, the extended record of your clients, with their visits, files and follow-ups. See the client record.
If your plan includes a single schedule, there is no schedule list: when you go to Schedules, you go straight to yours.
How much of your plan you use
On the home page, the Schedules box shows Administrator and Assistant how much of the plan they use: the active and suspended schedules of the branch you are in, the ones of your other branches in a lighter color, and the ones you can still create. If you have more schedules than your plan includes, you see a notice saying how many you are over.
If you reach the limit
If you already have all the branches or schedules your plan includes and you try to create another one, Turno Virtual tells you when you save that you have reached the contracted limit, and it isn't created.
Change your plan
If you need more branches or schedules, or a feature your plan doesn't include, write to us at soporte@turnovirtual.com and we'll help you move to the plan that suits you.
To move to a plan with fewer branches or schedules, first remove the ones over what the new plan includes, using Delete on each one; until then, the plan can't be changed. Anything else the smaller plan doesn't include, such as messaging, API access or the extended record, simply stops being available; your data is kept.
What you pay for your plan, when and how, is in Billing.
