Microsite

The microsite is your business's page on Turno Virtual: it shows your logo and your name, and from there your clients book appointments online. It is set up by Administrator.

What your clients see

• Request appointment: they book an appointment online.
• Cancel appointment: they cancel an appointment they already had. If your account doesn't ask for an ID document when booking, this tab doesn't appear.
• Your contact details, at the top or the bottom of the page depending on the screen size. If you added an email, they also see the Contact option to write to you.

Set up the microsite

Go to Settings › Company › Microsite. In the Microsite tab you enter:

• Contact email, Contact phone numbers and Website: the details shown on the microsite. Adding an email or a phone number is one of the steps to set up your account.
• Day limits: from how many days and up to how many days after today appointments can be requested and canceled online.
  • Min / request and Max / request: for example, with 1 and 30 your clients can book from tomorrow up to a month from now. If you don't change them, they go from today to 60 days.
  • Min / cancellation and Max / cancellation: the same for canceling. With a minimum of 1, a client can no longer cancel online an appointment that is less than a day away.

The logo and the name shown are the ones in Settings › Company › Main details.
