Set up your account
When you create your account, Turno Virtual guides you with a list of steps until everything is ready for your clients to book online. This page explains that list and where to enter your company's details. Everything described here is done by Administrator.
The steps to set up your account
On the home page you will see the Set up your account notice, with how many steps you have done and which one is next. Select View steps to see the full list, or the notice's button to go straight to the next one. The steps are:
- Add the branch where you see your clients. See how to add your branches.
- Complete your billing details, in Settings › Billing › Tax information. If your trial period hasn't ended yet, the notice tells you the date you have until to do it.
- Upload the logo of your business.
- Add a contact email or phone for your microsite, in Settings › Company › Microsite.
Creating your schedules is not part of this list: you see and create them from the Schedules box on the same home page. See how to create a schedule.
The list updates by itself as you save each step, and the notice disappears when you complete them all. If later on you, for example, delete your only branch, the step shows as pending again.
The dots in Settings
While a step is still pending, you will see a dot next to Settings in the menu, and inside it, next to each option you still need to complete. This way you quickly find what is left to do.
Your company's main details
In Settings › Company › Main details you enter:
- Logo: your business's image, shown on your microsite and in what your clients see.
- Name: your company's name.
- Time zone: the one used by default for new branches.
- Regional settings: your company's language, such as en-US (English) or es-AR (Spanish). The emails Turno Virtual sends in your company's name, such as appointment notices and reminders, are written in it, and it is the language visitors to your microsite see, unless they already chose another one elsewhere on Turno Virtual. It doesn't change the language you see the site in: see how to change the language.
From the same Settings menu you also reach your Branches and your Microsite.
