Add your team
Each person who works in your account signs in with their own user. This way everyone sees what concerns them, and professionals appear in the schedules where they see clients. The team is managed by Administrator and Assistant.
The roles
- Administrator: the person responsible for the account. Sets up the company, the branches and the microsite, plus everything Assistant does.
- Assistant: organizes the day to day: schedules, appointments, clients, services and the team.
- Professional: sees clients in one or more schedules and only sees their own. In the Administrative industry this role appears as Desk.
Add someone
Go to Administration › Users and add a new one:
- The person's Email account, Name and Last name.
- In Permissions, the Branch where they work, their Roles (you can check more than one) and the Status.
If that person already uses Turno Virtual, their name and last name fill in by themselves when you type their email. If they are new, when you save they get an email with a link to finish creating their access.
The permissions
In Permissions you also check what they can do. Permissions apply to any role: without Clients, that person can't open the client list; without Book appointments, they can't book appointments or overbooked appointments, or change their status (for example, cancel them); without Edit appointments, they can't save changes to an appointment already booked from Edit, such as moving it to another time, and without Assign events they can't add events. Professional books, edits and moves appointments only in the schedules assigned to them.
If your account uses scopes, also choose in which Scopes each professional works: in online booking, they only appear in the scopes assigned to them.
Remove someone
To stop someone from signing in without losing anything, change their Status. If you delete them and they had schedules, Turno Virtual warns you and offers to move those schedules to another person on the team before deleting them; if you choose None, you may lose access to those schedules.
